Heilongjiang establishes strategic alliance for technological innovation in high-performance fiber and advanced composite industry

recently, the founding meeting of Heilongjiang Strategic Alliance for technological innovation in high-performance fiber and advanced composite industry (hereinafter referred to as the alliance) was held at the International Conference Center of Harbin Institute of technology.
