Heilongjiang establishes strategic alliance for technological innovation in high-performance fiber and advanced composite industry
recently, the founding meeting of Heilongjiang Strategic Alliance for technological innovation in high-performance fiber and advanced composite industry (hereinafter referred to as the alliance) was held at the International Conference Center of Harbin Institute of technology. Present at the meeting were Zhao Min, director of the Heilongjiang Provincial Department of science and technology, Yang tingshuang, deputy director of the Department of science and technology, Cong Guozhang, deputy mayor of Harbin, Li Guangzhi, director of the Heilongjiang Provincial Development and Reform Commission, Fu Qiang, executive vice president of the Institute of Science and industrial technology of Harbin University of technology, Professor He Xiaodong, Institute of composite materials and structures of Harbin University of technology. The meeting was presided over by Guobin, assistant president of Harbin Institute of technology, and representatives from 29 units in the alliance organization attended the meeting. Harbin Institute of technology became the first governing unit, with Professor He Xiaodong as the president of the alliance and Professor Wang Rongguo as the Secretary General of the alliance. The establishment of the alliance provides a strong cooperation and practice platform for Heilongjiang to focus on building an advanced composite industry cluster and base with domestic leading level and realize the strategic breakthrough of new material industry in Heilongjiang Province
Yang tingshuang delivered a speech at the opening ceremony of the founding conference of the alliance. He first congratulated on the establishment of the alliance and looked forward to the establishment of the alliance to actively promote the development of the advanced composite industry in Heilongjiang Province. Subsequently, the representatives of the strategic alliance signed the strategic alliance agreement on industrial technology innovation and the cooperation project agreement on industry university research and application. The units that signed the industrial technology innovation strategic alliance agreement include Harbin Tianshun Chemical Technology Development Co., Ltd., Shenzhen hisby shipbuilding technology development company, and Harbin Keyuan Industrial University complex, which can extend the protection interval to 12 years; 3. It can realize 100% recycling; 4. All parts and materials Co., Ltd., Harbin Electric Machinery Co., Ltd., Harbin Institute of technology, Harbin FRP Research Institute, Harbin University of science and technology, Harbin Huafang precision parts factory, Harbin aerospace composites Co., Ltd., sunshinehua Technology Development Co., Ltd. and other units that can be used to manufacture aircraft. The signing of the cooperation project agreement includes the "performance evaluation and Application Research of high-performance domestic carbon fiber and its composites", "development and application of special ceramic composite thermocouple protection tube" and "Application of high-performance composite reinforcement and flame retardant products on high-speed rail" and other cooperation projects that have successfully achieved technology transfer. In addition, there are three cooperation projects in which the Research Institute and the enterprise signed a technical cooperation agreement, namely "Research on the application of high-performance composite pantograph on high-speed rail", "Application of high-performance domestic carbon fiber on composite core wire" and "research and evaluation technology of high-performance carbon fiber precursor"
After the signing of the agreement, Meng fanjun, the chairman of Harbin Tianshun Chemical Technology Development Co., Ltd., Shi Jun, the chairman of Shenzhen hesby Shipbuilding Technology Development Co., Ltd., and Wang Rongguo, the Secretary General of the alliance, expounded their respective views on how to improve market competitiveness, how to adjust industrial structure, and how to effectively combine resources of enterprises, universities, and scientific research institutesfinally, Zhao Min made a speech. She congratulated on the establishment of the alliance and stressed that the alliance is not just a form or an organization, but should make greater contributions to the independent innovation of the composite industry. She put forward three hopes for the future development of the alliance. First, we should live up to our mission and use this platform to add new economic growth points for Heilongjiang Province; Second, we should be determined to make the alliance bigger and stronger, and make use of the advantages of the composite material industry in Heilongjiang Province to make the new material industry a new pillar industry in our province; Third, we should cooperate sincerely. The key to the development of the alliance is to achieve win-win results from the cooperation. From the overall situation, it can also be used as the tensile or contraction, zigzag and shear experiments of plastic, concrete, cement and other metal materials
